I have been trying to make my presence felt in HR for the past 4 years and am currently working as a recruiter in the IT industry, with a special interest in training and HR policy formulation.

Hello Bhakti, I am Digna. I too have joined the group recently. I am working in HR in the IT industry, more involved in recruitment. Since you have experience in training and HR policy formulation, could you share what points should be included in an HR policy and how to go about it? I need to give a presentation on that.
