Upon review, it is evident that this chart aligns with the Haryana State Rules, making it highly beneficial for our Haryana HR members.
In my understanding, as per the Contract Labour (R&A) Act, the return in Form 20 (half-yearly return to be submitted by the contractor) should be submitted not later than 30 days after the close of the half-year. The Principal Employer is required to submit the yearly return in Form 21 by February 15th, contrary to the dates indicated in the chart as July 15th and January 15th, respectively. This discrepancy does not comply with the Haryana State Rules. Haryana members, please take note. Kindly correct me if I am mistaken.

If you are going to start another shift in your unit, then in my opinion, you are required to give intimation in Form 11 (in duplicate) to the area Inspector of Factories now designated as Assistant Director (Industrial Safety & Health). Also, go through section 9A and schedule IV of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 before starting any additional shift.
