I also want to know the important features of spoken English that make it different from written English. Voice modulation is yet another area of interest for me to practice and improve my English speaking skills.

The aspects that you want to develop in yourself are very technical, so it would be fairly difficult to do so via reference material. You may have to join a classroom program, which would help you understand the pronunciations, etc.
The first step is to be aware that you need inputs in a particular area. Now that you have identified the same, you can work towards improving it.
