Dear Mukesh,
I have gone through the PowerPoint presentation. I do not wish to antagonize you but take the liberty of offering unsolicited suggestions. I did not find the following points addressed in your presentation:
a) The time period for the mentoring program
b) Any reference to the mentoring program as a whole
c) How will you ensure that the mentoring program is executed exactly as envisaged? If it is not executed properly, who will take corrective action?
d) Similar to the Management Representative in ISO 9000, who will be the Mentoring Representative? What would be his/her authority?
e) What will be the documentation process, who will maintain it, who will check the documentation, and at what frequency? Who will take corrective action for inconsistent or inaccurate documentation?
f) How will you appraise the mentoring program?
g) What if the Mentor-Learner relationship turns negative?
h) How will you assess the maturity of the mentors?
There are many other questions that could be raised, but for now, these seem to be sufficient.
