Dear All,

I am attaching a PowerPoint presentation on Self-Awareness. I am about to conduct a session on this for my team members. This being my first time, I would like you to comment on this. Is it worthwhile or not? Also, it can be helpful to others who wish to undergo this training. I am also attaching the sequence in which the training will flow.

Please let me know your comments.

Dear Friend,

It is really nice to see people like you taking efforts to develop others. I have gone through your files and I just have the following points to add:

1. Use creative methods to announce and generate curiosity in the minds of participants about this training program.

2. Kindly mention the short-term benefits to participants first so that they will be motivated to participate in the training program.

3. Evaluate the nature of participants so that you understand and can answer their queries.

4. Do they have any exposure to such behavioral training programs? (not necessary for you to answer)

5. Make necessary break arrangements (Approx. time for your entire training program will be 1 and 1/2 hours).

6. Decide on the evaluation method/process for both the trainer and trainees.

7. Determine the time frame to observe/assess the changes happening in individuals.

8. Include a refreshment program at least once a fortnight to encourage people about developments and to collect feedback/solve problems during this transformation phase.

I hope you don't mind the points mentioned above.

Regards,

Shailendra

Divisha, the PowerPoint presentation was really great. It is said that in management, there is always a continuous clash between the urgent and the important. My personal belief is that since one has to do the trivial tasks as well, there should be plenty of people to do them so that the best brains can focus on the core competence.

From an individual perspective, what you have said is absolutely right - golf balls.
