Dear All,
DRISHTI - the Mumbai chapter of citeHR intends to make its quarterly meets a full-day National Convention event on the selected themes as follows:
- DEC meet: Role of technology in HR
- FEB meet: Retention Strategies
- MAY Meet: Quantifying HR
The idea behind this approach is to create a broader spectrum and encourage participation from other chapters and cities, as well as invite non-member professionals from the industry to join the meet. This initiative aims to promote interaction among HR professionals from various cities, providing a wider learning platform.
The idea has been shared with Sid.
On behalf of the executive committee, we invite an Opinion poll from all citeHR members. If the majority favors this concept, it could be the beginning of something significant for the HR community. However, if the response is not favorable, we will consider maintaining it as a city-level meet only.
Please do respond.

Thank you, Anuradha.
I believe this could be a starting point for all citeHR chapters. We, as the Mumbai chapter, are only initiating to set the ball rolling. Hyderabad and Delhi have had excellent meets. I think this idea can prove to be a real-time platform to bring together the entire HR community.

Hi Yogesh,
This should be great. I am looking forward to it. However, I believe some more time is needed to get things straight at the city/state level before we should go national.
All the best, count my vote.
Warm regards,
