Greetings for the day. I am a certified soft skills trainer with a B.Ed background. Recently, I have undergone a "Train the Trainer" program and don't have any experience as such. Being a fresher, it's really difficult to get a job in this field, especially in Delhi. I need an improvement in my training skills. Please, can someone suggest what to do? I want to specialize in a particular area. Please suggest what it could be.
