Dear Freshers & Recruiters,

Greetings from Rohit!

Here is my collection of HR activities that exactly define what an HR person is expected to do in a company/industry. This information would be useful for those who truly want to build their career in Core HR or as an HR Generalist. The material provides practical information on what we are expected to do as HR Managers in a company.

Please find the attachment; it contains information ranging from Recruitment to Retirement. I hope this will be helpful in achieving success in your career.

Hi Rohith,

I saw your RTR; it provides good information. I am looking for this information only. Another small request: If you could provide me in detail about the statutory compliance, i.e. (PF, ESI, Payroll, Salary Break Up) for Indian companies, it will be very helpful for me.

Waiting for your more postings.

With regards,

Please help me. When the employees complete their retirement, is that person eligible for E.S.I. or not?
1) Whether they are eligible or not.
2) What forms should they submit at the E.S.I. office?
3) Please help me.
Thanks/Regards,

Hi Rohit,

It's been a long time since I have posted, but I guess you have compelled me to put up a post. I sincerely feel that the document attached is a great source of learning for all, especially for freshers.

I myself have recently joined an organization in the HR role and I must say that the document helped me a lot in gaining knowledge about the statutory aspects of PF and ESI, including the various forms and accounts that need to be maintained.

I once again thank you for sharing this document and contributing to improving the knowledge of the fellow group members, including me.

Regards,
Rakesh

Hi Rohit,

Thank you for the valuable information. I just need your permission to use your notes in my HR classes. If you haven't any problem regarding that, please confirm with a revert mail.

Waiting for your response.

Dear Friends,

I am new to HR; can you please help me with a site where I can find "a collection of quotes" commonly used by HR managers to motivate staff every day or to boost others?

Thanks,

The document will not open for you if you do not have Microsoft Word or a program like OpenOffice installed on your PC. OpenOffice is free and will read Word's .doc files.

Even if the poster were to send the document to you, you still would not be able to open it. Solve the basic problem first.

Hi,

NO DOUBT, it is very nice. A small request: if possible, try to provide more practical information. While we understand the theoretical aspects of the forms to submit in PF and ESI, it would be beneficial to know the specific challans and forms to fill and submit, and on which days to do so.

Thanks,
Ram
