According to me, motor and physical abilities can be tested for individuals who are involved in jobs that require a high level of physical activity, such as manufacturing floor activities. When it comes to cognitive abilities, these assessments are more suitable for individuals at the top and middle levels who utilize their mental and critical thinking skills in decision-making processes, and so on.
