Sangeetha, you made a good attempt. However, my friend, many vital points like knowing well about the organization and industry in advance, mental preparation such as autosuggestion, are missing. If asked about something, I have seen a lot of people talking about what they actually do at their workplace. This sounds negative most of the time because, in my opinion, the interviewer would like to assess your knowledge on a particular issue. When you say, "in fact, we do not practice this in my company," it's off-putting. Instead, one should explain in detail how, to the best of their knowledge, the given case should be handled. What do you think?
