Hi Everyone,

Could you please help me know the procedure to transfer PF from my previous employer? In fact, I have completed the necessary forms and submitted them to my new employer. Do I have to follow up on this further? If yes, whom do I have to contact? Is it the previous employer, present employer, or PF office directly to know the status?

Hi Vishalakshi,

Since you have completed all the formalities and submitted the necessary form to your current employer, you need to follow up with them to ensure that the form has been submitted successfully. The PF amount from your previous company should reflect in your current employer's provident fund slip, which you receive annually.
