Hi Friends,

I am from Chennai and I am currently working in an IT company as an HR Generalist. I have around 18 months of experience. I am now looking to do a course in SAP HR part-time because I cannot leave my current job. I want to know all the institutes in Chennai (other than Siemens and Genovate) that offer not just a course in SAP but also two project implementation experiences with placement.

Hi Friends,

This is Jai from Chennai. I have 3 years of experience in HR (Recruitment). I have completed my SAP HR training at Varhouse Infotech in Chennai. Some of my other friends have also completed their SAP training in HR, SD, and FICO at different institutes. To the best of my knowledge, all the institutes provide training in SAP and assist with placement. They only arrange interviews and do not offer 2 project implementation experiences.

Regards,
Jai.

Hi all.

I spent 3 months in Bangalore learning SAP HR even though I am from Gujarat. It was a very disappointing experience for me during which I spent 40 thousand rupees. All the institutes only provide training; they do not assist with any projects or placements in this field. They present grand dreams but are not even willing to offer revision classes. Therefore, I suggest not opting for private institutes. If your organization is implementing SAP in your current position, then consider getting some training. Otherwise, I recommend avoiding SAP based on my experience.

Hi Ajith,

After completing my course, do I have to leave my current job and work as an intern to gain implementation experience? I have heard that companies only consider individuals with a minimum of 2 implementation experiences. Additionally, approximately how long will one implementation cycle take?

Thank you.

Thank you, Ajith, for the information.

Ajith, these courses are very expensive. How about job opportunities after completion of the course? Will the institute provide any job opportunities?

Ajith, recently I got an HR job, and my salary is 5K per month. I am from a middle-class family, and the thing is that I cannot afford that much. But I am very much interested in learning SAP HR. Is there any alternative way to do this course?
