Thank you all for your warm welcome to this forum. There are a lot of youths in HR forums, and I sometimes feel out of touch with the young minds, their aspirations, and experiences. I believe HR is a field that prepares future CEOs. If you aspire to be one of them, you need to plan your time wisely to learn the right things, in addition to doing things correctly. I am happy to share whatever knowledge I have. Thank you for your warmth once again.

Sir,

Being an aspirant of the HR profession, it gives me immense pleasure to write to you. Most of the SCMLD HR students are on Citehr and will benefit from your invaluable contributions.

For your information, the professor was at our campus last week teaching us Competency-Based HRM. The experience was truly humbling.

Sir, I have attached an assignment in which I related Motivation and Diversity. I have used my personal experiences to illustrate the same. If time permits, please provide your feedback. I will treasure it.

A warm hello to everyone in this forum. 😄 I am doing my MBA from ICFAI Bangalore and am in my 2nd semester. I plan to major in HR as my main subject. I am a little worried about my Summer Internship Project. Though I have thought of some topics, I am still unsure about what topic could give me the knowledge I want to attain. I have a great interest in human psychology. I know it won't be possible for me to get a project of such nature, but any topic that could be of a similar nature would be a great help. It would be really nice if somebody could suggest some topics.

Regards,
Manjeet
