Hi Varun,

I would like to know about the maximum salary date in India according to Indian employment law because my company always gives salary on the 10th or after that every month.

Any reference link would be appreciated.

Hello dear, there is some lack of knowledge on your side, so I will clarify that. If a company has employee strength below 1000, you will pay the salary in the 7th proceeding month. If it is 1000 or above, the salary will be given on the 10th of the proceeding month. Samjhe bhai jaan.

Thanks, buddy, for your quick reply. My company is a private limited and registered. I don't know the exact employee count, but it's around 800-1000. I want to know about the regulations according to Indian law for private limited companies.
