Hi Folks,
With the American economy in deep trouble, the Indian IT sector is also facing challenges. The higher Rupee against the dollar and virtually no additional demand have rendered many Indian IT employees redundant.
The sharp rise in the value of the Rupee against the dollar and the slowdown in the US economy have had a chilling effect on the Indian IT industry. I am sharing this post with some of the Indian IT majors who have recently laid off thousands of employees. Please don't be frightened. Tough people last, tough times don't, right?
