Dear Seniors,

I am working in an Ayurvedic trading company, and the manufacturing unit is in HP & Uttarakhand. There is a bonus given but deducted on behalf of salary, 10% of the basic on a yearly basis, and will be provided after 1 year on every Diwali. Every employee knows that the money is their own, which will be provided as a bonus. I am the HR/Admin Assistant Manager who recently joined. The format was given by the Accountant, so this is the issue. On the name of CTC, there are many illegal deductions over there, like PF on both sides, PT, and Bonus Deduction. So, what can I do? Either leave the job or complaint to the legal department.

The accountant does not want me in the organization. So, what should I do? Please guide me.

Ashis Krishna is partially wrong. Definitely, you have to shift to another job. But simultaneously, it is also true that after leaving the job, if you lodge a complaint, it will carry less weight. Better to first get a new job and collect paper evidence. Second, lodge a large complaint with substantial paper-backed evidence and state that you are leaving the job because of these reasons; don't mention anything about your new job or office address. Do mention your residential address as it may be required for investigation.
