Hi everyone, I'm Zach. Happy Monday! I just joined this forum to ask this question of anyone who works as a recruiter or in HR, or has had the same experience I believe is happening to me now.

Here is my question: Do employers place fake jobs with recruiters in their industry to find out if their employees are actively looking for a new job? I work in a relatively small work pool and am also looking for a new job for a myriad of reasons. I just wanted to ask about anyone else's experience with this.

Thanks for your time,
Zach.

I just checked the company profile, and it is one of the leading Mobile Application Providers in the US, UK, and also India. I think there might have been a misunderstanding regarding Remoba.

I believe it would be beneficial to consult the HR department of the company to verify whether one of their employees is a defaulter or if someone has created fake documents by stealing the company's letterhead.

By the way, I am the HR of a top multinational company. I recently recruited a candidate from Remoba Inc, and I did not come across any issues as you mentioned.
