Hi Guys,
Good afternoon! I am looking for some case studies on failed change management, whether in merger acquisitions, technological advancement, or any other aspect. If you know of a website or any other resource, please let me know.
Thanks,
Tan

Thank you, Kapil, for your insights.
I am specifically looking for "failed" Change Management cases. I will try to search for the Lakme India acquisition by Tata. If you can provide me with the link, I would be really grateful.

Hi,
For change management, you have to follow the books of Strategy Guru, Michael E. Porter, or you may also try books on Business Policy and Management written by LM Parsad, S Chand Publication, and PK Ghosh's Strategy Planning and Management. I have no knowledge about the websites dealing with these topics.
You may also explore case studies on Lacme India and how it was sold by TATA's.

Are you looking for case studies where change has failed? I suggest you can look for research on failed BPR initiatives, as they may give you insight into the major situations for change. :)
