Hi all,
This is Reetika. I'm a management trainee in HR at a real estate company. I'm seeking information about the personal data form, also known as the employee data form, used to maintain employee databases in companies. Could anyone assist me by providing the format for this form?
Regards,
Reetika :)

Hi,
All the information provided for the PI Form is fine. However, Itika, I would appreciate it if you could try to gather a mix of information that best fits your requirements. Given that you are in a Real Estate company, apart from other professionals, you might have a higher concentration of technical staff.
Therefore, proceed in a manner that will help you refer to the information in a more comfortable manner.
Thanks and Regards,
Arvind

Hi,
All is okay. If required, we can add the present address and also the permanent address. Another useful piece of information would be whom to contact in case of an emergency and the individual's blood group.
In our system, I have also included a mandatory verification signature, which is endorsed by the executive handling joining formalities. This is a fail-proof method to ensure the authenticity of all details. This step has been implemented as some employees either do not provide their permanent contact details or provide false information.
Good luck,
Vignesh

Dear All,
I am enclosing a format that will help you in maintaining the data of each and every employee. I am handling outsourcing agency employees, so keeping this in mind, I have developed such a format. However, you can add more columns as per your convenience.
