Hi, can anyone help me? I have a small call center, and I am facing a problem in maintaining the reports and MIS as we are not a very big firm and currently cannot hire any specialist for the same. Does anyone have a solution for this?

One of my brothers has only completed High School and has also done English Stenography. He has a very good knowledge of computers (MS Word, etc.) and has five years of work experience.
Please suggest a suitable HR course for him through a distance education program and advise on where he can enroll in such a course for a brighter future in HR.

hi good format, more info like absenteeism, graphs No of accidents , training (ext and inhouse) and further data can also be added in this format r devarajan

Its good one but we can further add the followigs in the report like List of disable employees Apprentices Expense summery during the month Vehicle due for replacement regards,
