I need to review the HR policies and procedures of a manufacturing company and frame a new module for the same. The existing structure is not well defined, and thus the company is suffering tremendously. Kindly furnish necessary details that may help me in formulating the new policies and also provide guidelines on how we can implement them in such an environment.
