Hi all,

The PG Diploma in Training and Development awarded by the Indian Society for Training and Development in New Delhi is recognized as a qualification for appointment to senior positions in HR and is approved by the Ministry of Human Resources. The course fees have also risen to the level of an MBA in universities and government colleges. However, I doubt whether the course is given the deserved credit for employment or promotions. Kindly provide opinions on this so that the importance of the qualification may be widely known.

Yours sincerely,
S. Ramachandran

Ya, it is really useful. Today, I saw the recruitment file of my training company and noticed that nearly 90% of the senior HR professionals had undergone this process. They are the talent bank of the nation, with no less than 15 years of experience in the HR field. I recommend that those who are already in service and have more than 5 years of experience should consider doing the same.
