Hi,

I am Sumit Jain, an Internal Auditor at XXX Company. I have one question related to maintaining record books as per Section 20 of the Maternity Benefit Act, 1961.

My company employs only one female employee, and she is beyond the age of fertility (age 55). In this case, is it obligatory to maintain records such as the muster roll in Form No. A, returns in KLM, and the display of an abstract of the act?
