An HR professional should know everything about the company's policies, handle stress effectively, maintain good relationships with others, and communicate with employees in a language they are comfortable with. They should not be afraid when a group of employees approaches them to argue; instead, they should use clean language and maintain a professional demeanor. Dressing professionally is crucial as it should reflect positively on the HR representative, signaling to others, "He is our HR."

Additionally, it is important for HR to keep track of all their actions and commitments. When an HR professional makes a commitment to an employee, they must fulfill it. There should be no limit to the efforts put in to ensure a healthy work environment.

In my view, the following should be qualities:
- Must be adaptable, positive, a motivator, and committed to both employer and employees.
- Should be responsible for the following:
- First and above all, responsibility is to ensure that there are no disputes in any issues related to HR such as salary, appraisals, increments, and facilities.
- Should work towards a healthy environment at the workplace by motivating the employees and persuading the employer at the same pace.
- Stick to our main goal of Human Resource Development, taking care of the interests of both employees and employers.

A perfect HR professional should act as a lawyer, adviser, journalist, planner, counselor, etc. They serve as a bridge between the employer and the employees. The HR professional should maintain a proper dress code, emotional balance, and act as a role model to all employees. Additionally, they should interact with employees in their languages, without any limitations.
