Dear CHR,
Thank you a lot for welcoming me back. Actually, I am engaged in many activities, but I always keep HR in my mind. As mentioned before, I got an HR diploma from AUC in 2000, but I need to refresh my information, for which I rely on your valuable and magnificent site.
I will try to give my comments, but excuse me for being accurate, so it may take time as I want to provide something beneficial to other HR job seekers.
Thank you a lot and best regards,

Dear Ravi Kishore,
Following are a few qualities:
a) Sincere and committed
b) Dependable
c) Always straightforward
d) Have empathy with the staff
e) Be a Mentor
f) Play a balanced role between staff and management
g) Follow professional ethics
h) Be a good human being
i) Always be positive and self-motivated
The list is exhaustive. Recently, on the Tamil TV channel Vijay, there was a debate about HR. HR professionals were on one side, and employees on the other. It was a very interesting debate. One employee referred to HR persons as villains, which is very sad. The fact is, every employee expects that HR should fulfill their wishes every time, which is impossible. Rarely do employees understand the difficulties faced by HR personnel.
