4.5 years back I have worked in manufacturing company(blue collar job) for 2 months at that time affected by covid-19, informed to manager over the call and didnt go to office. HR assumed like that I was absconded and sent a termination email after 25 days from my first day of covid positive. I just sent a response mail as that I was covid positive and didn't call back them. After 3 months from this incident joined an mid range IT company as a fresher and currently working for past 4 years. I recently contacted that previous organization and requested for an service certificate but in that they mentioned reliving reason as "didn't report to duty left without information". Will this create any problem in BGV. I have employment proofs of that company like Offer letter, payslip, PF, termination email and service letter( mentioned didn't report to duty left without information). I'm very much scared and feeling depressed due to this issue. Please provide your suggestions to address this.
