It has been observed that you have grossly violated clause no. 16 (Ethical Conduct) and clause no. 2 (Code of Conduct). Excerpts from the MJ service rule book are mentioned below:

On 8th Nov 2016, you left the office without keeping any exit record before your shift-end time. You attempted to manipulate your office out timing despite leaving early.

Please be aware that MJ management has the discretion to terminate or suspend any or all identified resources. In this regard, kindly send a reply email explaining the reasons why the management should not either suspend or terminate you from the services. Your response should reach us by Nov 17th EOD, failing which appropriate action will be taken as deemed fit by the organization. It is also pertinent to mention that post-submission of your justification, MJ management may still invoke the suspension or termination clause.

16. Ethical Conduct
Every individual of XXX, including the Managing Director, shall deal on behalf of the Company with professionalism, honesty, integrity, as well as high moral and ethical standards. Such conduct shall be fair and transparent and be perceived as such by third parties. Each individual shall be responsible for the implementation of and compliance with the Code in his/her professional environment. Failure to adhere to the Code of Conduct and ethics may attract the most severe consequences, including termination of job or business contract.

2. General Standards of Conduct:
If a Junctionite does not meet the Company's expectations of performance and/or conduct, corrective action up to and including termination may be taken. It shall be within Management's discretion to determine the appropriate measures under each circumstance.

Any activity that jeopardizes the good working relationship among the Company, Junctionites, Suppliers, Customers, and Bidders shall be prohibited, including:

- Fighting, Horseplay, Boisterous Conduct
- Verbal or Physical Threatening or Intimidation of other individuals
- Falsification of Company Records
- Dishonesty, Theft, Destruction, or Damage to the Company's Property
- Willful neglect or refusal to perform work assigned or non-compliance with instructions given by any person of authority
- Use of loud, abusive, profane, or obscene language or racial epithets while at work directed at any fellow Junctionite, Customer, Bidder, Supplier in person or in any other manner/through any other medium
- Leaving the workplace during office hours without informing the Reporting Authority
