Good evening, as a new entrant in the group, I tried to find some details on training programs. Though I did find some material, they are pretty old threads. Can someone please guide me if I am missing something to reach new threads?
Thank you,

Dear Toolika Jauhari,
I wish you had explained in your post why you are searching for the employee training threads. Would you like to organize training for the employees? If yes, then please confirm to us the nature of your industry, the level of the employees, the subject, and what you expect by conducting this training. Unless you provide us with complete information, it will not be possible to give a credible reply.
Thanks,

You have not specified what kind of training you are looking for and for what purpose. Are you a self-learner, or do you need training in a formal classroom or online mode? Please clarify your requirements. I am a soft skills and HR trainer.

Training Programs
Our company recognizes that education increases employees' effectiveness on the job and helps them prepare for future advancement. So, the company provides a number of training activities designed to further employees' general education and help them develop their skills and abilities.
Most of the responsibility for an employee's on-the-job training lies with their supervisor, who has been trained to help the employee set their goals and develop their full career potential. Additional training programs of a more formal nature are administered by the employee's department and the Training Section of the HR Department.
Management Training Program
One of the most valuable ways the company can ensure the availability of staff to fill management vacancies is through our Management Training Program. Admission to the program is based on educational achievement, aptitude tests, prior experience, and—for current staff members—at least two years of full-time service. The program's completion timeframe is flexible, depending on the employee's performance and progress. If the employee is interested in this program and would like to know if they are qualified to apply, please see their supervisor.
In addition to all of our in-house training capabilities, the company cooperates with a number of outside professional and educational institutions that provide seminars, conferences, and other courses of study to help further employee education and training. The Training Section has more information about courses offered by outside organizations and the requirements for enrollment.

Dear Toolika Jauhari,
Whether for the soft skills trainer or otherwise, the age-old challenge for training professionals is to provide measurable and tangible value to clients. Therefore, regardless of the thought process, everything is satisfactory as long as you conduct training programs with measurable ROI. To achieve this, you can select one of the costs or ratios associated with the client's business and design the training to reduce the cost or adjust the ratio within a defined period.
Your quest for innovation is commendable. However, your initial post inadvertently highlighted your own training needs. It lacked sufficient information and had an informal tone, which is unexpected for someone who teaches others. Therefore, while training others, it is important for you to spare some time to master business writing skills as well.
