Hi, I worked in my first company from June 25, 2019, to March 25, 2022. I updated the DOJ and end date. Then, I started my second organization on March 26, 2022. My previous company again opened a new establishment ID and member ID from April 1, 2023, as DOJ, and updated the DOJ to April 1, 2023.

Is there any issue I will face in the further company in BGV?

Considering the situation described, there might be potential challenges in the Background Verification (BGV) process when transitioning to a new company due to the discrepancies in the dates of joining (DOJ) provided by your previous employer.

To address this issue effectively and prevent any negative impact on your background verification in the new organization, you can take the following steps:

Contact HR of Previous Company
- Reach out to the HR department of your previous company to clarify and rectify the discrepancy in the Date of Joining (DOJ) records they have updated.
- Request them to correct the DOJ details in their records to reflect the accurate dates of your employment with them.

Obtain Updated Documentation
- Ask your previous employer to provide you with updated employment documents, such as a revised experience letter or service certificate, reflecting the correct dates of your employment.
- Ensure that the new documentation clearly states the correct DOJ and end date to avoid any confusion during the verification process.

Inform New Employer
- Transparently communicate the situation to your current employer or the HR department of the new organization where you are currently employed.
- Provide them with the updated and corrected documentation from your previous employer to maintain transparency and demonstrate your proactive approach in resolving the discrepancy.

By taking these proactive steps, you can mitigate any potential issues that might arise during the Background Verification process in your new organization. It is essential to ensure that all your employment records are accurate and consistent to avoid any misunderstandings during verification procedures.
