I resigned from my company on 19 Jan 2024, and my last working day was 18 Feb. I had 21 days of earned leave (EL). I changed my last working day to 15 Feb, and three days of EL and EL encashment will be deducted. The query is: Will I be paid until 18 Feb or 15 Feb?

If your last working day (LWD) is 15th February, then you will be paid salary till 15th February only. Till this date, only the PF will be deducted.
For three days of Earned Leave, you will be paid separately under the head "leave surrender/leave encashment."
