I joined Company A on 10 Nov 2023. Now, I have resigned from Company A on 17 Nov 2023. Since I am on a probation period, my notice period is 30 days. Company B has asked me to join on 27 Nov 2023 and is not ready to postpone the joining date. In this case, if I join Company B, will there be any issue?

Company B does not know about Company A; they did not hire me based on Company A's experience. For the experiment for which they hired me, I have all the legal documents with me.

Nondisclosure of Previous Employment

If this is not your first job at Company A, then the nondisclosure of your service with that company will likely not be a problem in the future. However, if this is indeed your first company, it may lead to issues down the line. Upon joining Company A, a Universal Account Number (UAN) should have been created for you effective from 10th November 2023. When transitioning to Company B, it is essential to disclose this UAN. If you state that Company B is your initial company, they will generate a new UAN for you. Nevertheless, they may face obstacles in completing this process if your Aadhaar is already linked to a previous UAN, raising concerns about concealment.

Handling Dissatisfaction with Work Culture

Following your employment at Company A, if you find that the work culture is not to your liking, it is advisable to depart without delay. However, it is crucial to inform the company's personnel of your decision and leave only after completing a proper handover. By following this procedure, you can mitigate any potential issues. When speaking with the new company, Company B, you can explain that you had a brief stint at another company but chose to leave due to dissatisfaction with their systems. This disclosure is seen as freely accepting the offer extended by the second company.

Your joining company B, while you are in employment with company A(notice period). This is a case of double employment. You have put your carrier at risk by doing so.
