Hello Seniors, An employee resigned from a startup with a team size of 5 because management was pressuring them to work for a lower payout. After the resignation, the management declined the resignation and started sending emails related to performance issues, eventually issuing a show cause notice for non-performance. The employee responded to the show cause notice, but the company terminated them, stating the response was unsatisfactory. Now, the company has not paid the salary for 2 months, including the period before the resignation, and is not responding to the employee's emails. What can the employee do in this case? Please guide.
