Types of Leave and Eligibility in Karnataka for A.Y. 2012-2013

Can someone please tell me the types of leave and the number of days that employees are eligible to avail in the State of Karnataka for A.Y. 2012-2013? I would also like to know about the types of leave that can be carried forward/encashed or that lapse if not availed.

Regards.
