Dear Advisers, We have 25 employees and below 21000/- salary employees are only 5nos, so please suggest ESI registration is required or not?

Dear Srinivas, Yes, you should follow and register! All establishments covered under the ESIC Act and all factories that employ more than 10 employees and pay wages below Rs. 21,000 per month (Rs. 25,000 for employees with disabilities) must register with the ESIC and contribute towards the ESIC.
