Short Leave Dilemma: How Do You Manage Time Off with a 10 to 6:30 Schedule?


Hi, Please help - company timings are 10 to 6:30 - so what are the timings for a short leave?

Hi, what do you mean by short leave? Total work hours are 8.30. Any employee working for 4 hours can be considered for half a day present. Less than 4 hours can be considered as leave. Anything more than 7 hours can be considered as a full day present.

anyone who leaves the office at 5 so this is short leave ..in the morning who come at 12 is short leave
