Dear All,

I am working as an HR in an online money transfer company. The employee strength is 25. There are no policies in this company. After a lot of brainstorming sessions, I have formulated a Leave Policy. Now, I want to prepare a manual with general policies such as Internet Usage, Dress Code, Timings, Short leaves, Birthday/Anniversary celebrations, etc. I need help on this issue. Please suggest what else I should do to make this organization more structured.

As a first step, if you are covered under the Standing Orders Act, you should begin by drafting your own Standing Orders, which would cover most of the modules you mentioned or required. A model standing order has already been featured in the citeHR forum, which should serve as a guide for you. You are free to improve upon or modify it to suit your needs.
