Hi, I want to know whether consultancy companys or import-export companies comes under Indian Labour Laws? Do they also have to follow the 48 hours per week working policy?

Any business establishment functioning in India with employees is covered by the respective establishment-specific labor law, along with allied labor laws if applicable. The constitution, place of incorporation, or nature of business is irrelevant for the application of Indian Labor Laws as far as its employees working in India are concerned.
