May I convince my new employer and third-party BGV agency to accept my submission of the previous employer's PF proof and offer letter instead of the relieving letter, which was not provided?

Due to some personal issues, I resigned from my previous job within a one-month period. The employer refused to provide the relieving letter because the probation period is six months. However, they suggested using the PF account and offer letter as proof for my future employment.

Should I explain this scenario to my new employer and the third-party BGV agency?

Please help me...

Dear Colleague, you need to ignore this one-month service by informing your current employer or your current employer's HR. Normally, such Background Verification (BVG) is initiated by the employer through a third party, which is a confidential process. You should not engage in direct communication with the agency conducting the BVG; instead, you only need to inform your current employer. You can provide details from the PF portal as proof in the absence of a relieving order. In the future, do not include this experience on your CV or in employment forms. If you do mention it, state that there is "No relieving letter," etc.

Thank you.
