As per the trail mail, the employee applied for resignation on 27th October through the MYHr portal, but his notice period was reflecting as 30 days, even though he is still in the probation period. He has officially served a notice period of 7 days post his resignation date. Requesting to consider the same in his FNF statement.

This is the email I received regarding my resignation from HR after serving a week of notice. Is this an acceptance of resignation or not?

This only acknowledges that the resignation has reached HR, the notice period is 30 days, and 7 days have been served after submitting the resignation. FNF has to take due care of it. This does not amount to acceptance of the resignation.

Well, HR, on the same grounds, asked me to serve a one-week notice period only. That's why I did the same and, after serving, shared the email again, where she gave this reply. Today, I received an email stating that I have to serve a 58-day notice period. They haven't considered anything above. What should be done?

Salary Slip Discrepancy in October

In the month of October, I received a salary slip stating I was on leave without pay (LWP) for the whole month. However, in the same month, I also received a salary slip indicating that I had worked for the entire month, even though I left after the 4th of October according to HR records. What should be done?
