You are from which part of Bangalore? Recently, Rainbow Hospital in Hebbal came to our apartment to conduct a paid vaccination drive. The eligible residents, their maids, housekeeping staff, etc., were vaccinated. The hospital charged Rs. 1,000 for each injection. You may contact them to arrange a vaccination drive at your company. They will bring the vaccines with them. Your company will need to make administrative arrangements for a tent, chairs, tables, a closed-door room for the vaccination, etc.

You can contact the vaccinating hospitals; they may guide you to get priority slots with the state government liaison. However, the CoWIN app registration is still mandatory, and it is up to the state government health department to organize or instruct the vaccination venue. It cannot be fixed by the hospital at places other than their premises.
