Hi Fellow Members, I have recently joined a new company as Operations Head. Functions like admin, HR, commercial, and compliance all come under me. My query is how to convert these team members' KRA into their KPI? Also, how should daily tracking of their performance be conducted? Kindly advise.

Lastly, if you start tracking the performance of the subordinates every day, it could lead to micromanagement. While measuring performance is important, we also need to consider the cost of tracking. Therefore, just set the KRAs, create the format so that juniors record their performance, and you may track it every month or quarter.
