I've opened an HR consultancy as a proprietorship firm and obtained shop and establishment registration from the Uttar Pradesh labor department. I undertake to provide manpower to different companies on their payroll. My question is, what type of further registration/license needs to be obtained by me to continue doing this without violating any laws of the land.

Dear Rakesh As I can understand you have opened a Recruitment Firm & you are the only employee working under it as Proprietor. No other legal requirement to be followed
