Pl.tell more about your firm- the status of entity, size of manpower, area of activities, are you in supply chain domain or only logistics (transportation). States in which operating and so on.

I have worked for a very famous courier company. Based on my experience, I can say that the preparation of the operations manual has to be customized. Therefore, one has to study the operations of your company thoroughly, and only then can the operations manual be prepared.
Your operations manual will also depend on the kind of ERP that you use.
