Hi, I worked for a company in 2013, which has now closed without providing salary slips or a resignation letter. If an MNC conducts a background check (BGC), can they still obtain the BGC from that company? I don't have any contact details from that organization, only the appointment letter. I am unsure whether to submit my resignation in the current company and proceed further or not. Please suggest.
