Hi All, We work in 1 30 pm to 10 30 pm ist shift in India. Should organisation give night shift allowance from 6 pm to 10 30 pm? It’s a UK company.

By the way, if the afternoon shift ends at 22:30 hours, then the employees are not working even half of the night. In that case, what makes them think they are eligible for the night-shift allowance?
