Hello, Is there a law specifying the minimum night shift allowance for Karnataka or any formula to calculate night shift allowance? Is this allowance mandated by law? We have employees working night shifts from 8:30 pm to 5:30 am and 9:30 pm to 6:30 am, five days a week.
