Problem Statement

I need help from all of you to solve this problem: Starting from joining the first organization to the last employee is as follows (in chronological order):

Employment History and PF Account Status

- **Sept 2008**: Joined Company A - Resigned from service Feb 2011. PF account details are available with me. PF account status: PF amount not withdrawn, inoperative at the moment.

- **March 2011**: Joined Company B - Resigned from service December 2011. PF account details are available with me. PF account status: PF amount not withdrawn, inoperative at the moment.

- **January 2012**: Joined Company C - Resigned from service July 2012. PF account details are available with me. PF account status: PF amount not withdrawn, inoperative at the moment.

- **August 2012**: Joined Company D - Resigned from service Sept 2014. PF account details are available with me. PF account status: PF amount not withdrawn, inoperative at the moment.

This time, UAN service comes into the picture, and I have my UAN number, but the UAN number was only for this account.

- **October 2014**: Joined Company E and resigned from service in July 2016. PF account status: PF amount not withdrawn.

Current Situation and Request for Advice

Please note that UAN is not linked with these employers. Before joining this company, the UAN was supposed to be linked with this organization, but it was not done. After this service, I left India and am currently working overseas. Therefore, my UAN is not linked with any other PF account except one (Company D). Could you please suggest how to extract the entire PF amount easily?

Employee Presence and EPF Contributions

The employee must be present in India and employed with EPF contributions. Where online transfer is possible, the employee should initiate the transfer with digital approval from the current employer. In cases where the accounts are dormant or inoperative, the employee should contact the EPF help desk and file a physical transfer claim. This process can be time-consuming as it may involve searching for old records and reconciling them. If any discrepancies in name or date of birth are discovered, a joint declaration and other necessary procedures must be completed. This may require the employee to visit the relevant employer for document attestation and signature on the joint declaration form.

Thank you for your reply. I have all records/details, which I have collected from my previous employers, including signed physical documents. Is it possible to approach any regional PF account for further claim?
