Dear All,

We are shifting our office from Delhi to Gurgaon. What processes need to be followed as per labor laws in Delhi and Haryana? In Delhi, we are registered under the Shop and Establishment Act, and we have a staff of 6 employees. Our headquarters is registered in Chennai.

1. Do we need to submit an address change request to the labor department in Delhi?

2. Do we need to register as a new company in Haryana?

3. Or are there any other processes we need to follow?

My question pertains only to the perspective of the Labor Department in both states.

Hi Friend, You need to obtain registration in Gurgaon and submit existing license to delhi labour department as a closure of office.
