My organization provides leave with wages in CTC. Therefore, if an employee works for 20 days, we grant them 1 day of leave. According to my manager, the payment for leave will be disbursed in the same month the employee has earned it. I have a question: should I deduct PF and ESIC from the leave payment? We create separate sheets for leave payments in addition to the regular salary.

In Bonus. Earned leave wages, C.L, Gratuity payments, will not deduct EPF & ESI deduction it is false statement by your manager. PF & ESI only to be deducted from salary not in other payments
