Sir, I will request you to clarify as to what is "leave salary" as mentioned by you in the remarks.
There are two aspects, firstly whether the said leave salary means the sanction of leaves for a particular period of absence of an employee and payment of wages for said period of absence from work. Secondly, in many companies, the leaves accumulated like earned leaves, etc., are allowed to be encashed by the management. This is basically called leave encashment. Whether you want to know whether the amounts of such leave encashment are wages or not?
